How to order from our site:

We believe you are coming to us because you recognize that we do custom designs that reflect a look we think is exciting and current and that is conveyed through pictures on our site. In other words, we interpret nature and flowers into designs that reflect our aesthetic sensibility; we do not try to force flowers into a pre-counted, design by number recipe. We look for seasonally relevant flowers and those flowers we believe are freshest and most beautiful when we do our shopping. Then we use our available flowers to express what you are trying to communicate, whether it be romance or sympathy, friendship or a professional thank you. Many people think every flower shop should always have a particular color and type however if for example, white roses do not look good today we won't have them.

Secondly, the floral world is so large and varied that it is near impossible to capture all the variations that might be available on any given day. Frankly we believe it is misleading to present daily availability of an endless variety of floral types. We work within a seasonal palette. However if you do want something that we do not have in stock we can usually get it given a days notice.

Seasonal Palette

Let's use sunflowers to explain our message here: Typically we do not carry sunflowers in December nor Tulips in July. We think of sunflowers in the same breath we think summer - the fun, casual expression of long hot days. Of course we can get them in the event you have a special need to send them "off-season". Furthermore we totally understand that certain flowers we may consider "off-season" may carry a significance between you and your recipient that surpasses seasonal restrictions so we are happy to accommodate such requests if we are given a days notice and they are available from our local wholesaler.

Delivery Policy

A delivery fee will be added to each order, for each address.

U.S. orders must be received before the time stated on the order page in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it. Morning deliveries must be placed the day before by 4 PM in the recipient's time zone and confirmed.

International orders usually require 24-48 hour notice due to the time differences and possible transmission errors . Although we use both fax and email to alert our international associates of an incoming order, transmission errors which are out of our control can occur such that our attempted communications fail. If this happens we will contact you.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.
